This is a Seal produced by Fisher & Paykel. It has been developed to fit on the FlexiFit 431 and 432 masks, and does not include the foam cushion making up the whole mask. The seal comes in either Small, Medium, or Large. The seal is made of silicone, making it a comfortable piece.
