PR Flex Technology

The Technology was designed to make breathing feel as natural as possible. The machine monitors each breath and delivers pressure relief during the most crucial part of the breathing process. During transition from exhalation to inhalation, inhalation to exhalation, and during the actual exhalation. It maintains effective therapy at comfortable pressures.

Bi-Flex Technology allows the PR BiPAP Pro to track each breath and provide pressure relief during the three critical points in the breathing cycle. Pressure is reduced by .5 increments at a time. The Bi-Flex setting can be adjusted up to 1.5 H20 for maximum comfort.

Resistant Control

This feature allows the patient to choose what kind of mask best suits them and still recieve optimal flow. So whether you choose to wear a nasal, full face, or nasal pillow mask, the machine will automatically make the appropriate adjustments to ensure that the patient recieves full therapy. Humidity Control

Adding humidity has been proven to greatly increase the quality of your sleep therapy. The System One Heated Humidifier measures and adapts to changes in room temperature, therapy flow, and humidity levels to deliver a precise, user selected, level of humidity at the mask regardless of temperature change in your room. Therefore, all problems of rain-out are eliminated.

Dry Box technology – The System One’s Revolutionary Dry Box technology isolates the humidfier’s water source from the inner workings of the device to protect against accidental spillage and water damage.

Event Detection

Another great important feature of the PR System One is that it detects other symptoms beyond classic (OSA). It includes information on Snoring, Periodic Breathing and Respiratory Effort-Related Arousals (RERAs). The PR BiPAP Pro can detect the breathing cycle and report any variation in breathing patterns. The PR BiPAP not only detects these events, but will automatically adjust pressure levels to clear the apnea. Within a few seconds of recorded flow reduction, the PR BiPAP Auto will run a check to determine if the apnea has been cleared.
