You can expect your order to ship same day when placed before 3 PM PST Monday through Friday provided it is in stock. You can also expect your package to arrive within 1-5 business days in most cases. A tracking number link will be provided with each order via email.
At this time, OxygenPortableUSA.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additionally, OxygenPortableUSA.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

– No merchandise may be returned after 30 days
– Damaged Merchandise and Short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt otherwise the customer accepts the invoice as true and accurate
Commercial Warranty

– Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Order Cancellation Policy
– Please submit any cancellation via email to info@oxygenportableusa.com or call Customer Service at 714.989.6389
– Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
– Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order has shipped, we will gladly refund the purchase amount – less return shipping and a 25% restocking charge. If you ordered Special Order items and your order cancellation is accepted, you may be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning the un-opened products.
OxygenPortableUSA.com will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued within 5 business days of recipient of the returned package. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the order had free shipping when placed, customers are responsible to cover shipping cost incurred when OxygenPortableUSA.com ships the order to the customers.
Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
